How will I get my images and footage?
You’ll get everything via a private downloadable link — easy to access, download, and start using right away.
What happens if the weather sucks?
Safety (and quality) come first. If conditions aren’t flyable, we’ll reschedule—no extra fees, no stress.
Can I request specific shots?
Absolutely. We follow a solid coverage plan, but if you have key angles or details you want captured, let us know ahead of time and we’ll make it happen.
Do you offer custom editing or branded overlays?
Not included in the base package, but totally doable. If you’re looking for branded visuals or a highlight reel, just ask and we’ll chat through options.
How does scheduling work?
We book shoots in weekly blocks (Monday–Friday) to stay flexible around weather. You’ll give us a target week (ex: June 23–27), and we’ll lock in the specific day about 4–5 days before based on the forecast.
How far outside of London Ontario do you serve?
Up to 30km round trip is included. After that, a travel fee applies depending on the distance.
who is this not for?
We’re not currently the right fit for real estate listings, large-scale events, or big venues.
But if that’s what you need, we know some great people who can help!
Can I be on-site during the shoot?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to be there to oversee the shoot, point out anything specific you want captured, or just hang out while we fly.
