  • How do I get started?

    Start by filling out our contact form or emailing us at hello@lumecreative.co. We’ll book a free 15–20 min discovery call to chat about your goals and see if we’re a good fit. From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal and next steps to lock in your spot.


  • How soon can we begin?

    Our schedule varies depending on our current bookings. We take on a limited number of projects each month to keep things intentional and high-touch. Reach out to chat timelines—we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

  • Do I need branding before we start a website?

    Short answer: yes. Your website should reflect your visual identity. If you don’t have branding yet, we’ve got two options:



     We’ll help you choose what fits your goals and timeline.


  • What if I just need a logo?

    We don’t offer logo-only design. Our branding services are built to create a full visual identity—because that’s what actually moves the needle. 


    Not ready for custom? Our semi-custom brand kits are a great starting point.

  • Do you offer additional design services?

    We do! Things like:


    • Headshots for your team
    • Social media templates
    • Print materials (business cards, thank you cards, price lists)
    • Custom illustrations
    •  Product Photography

     Let us know what you’re dreaming of—we’ll create a custom quote for your add-ons.

  • What if I need help after my website launches?

    We’re still here! Custom Website packages include 1 month of post-launch support. Ongoing updates, management, or maintenance can be quoted as needed—we’re flexible and happy to help.


  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to book your project, with the remaining balance paid in installments before your launch.


    We offer payment plans for all larger packages—like our custom branding and website services.


    We accept e-transfer, credit cards, and cheques. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and we proudly serve clients across North America.


  • Are there extra costs beyond design?

    Outside of your design package, the main ongoing costs are website hosting and your domain name. Hosting is billed yearly through Lume; domains are purchased separately through providers like GoDaddy or Squarespace.


    Some clients choose to add extra pages or features—we’ll happily quote those based on your needs. We also offer maintenance and updates on an as-needed basis.


    No surprise fees here. Your proposal will outline everything clearly from the start.
